Shipping Options |
All orders in the United States go out UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless they are to a PO Box, an APO address or if special arrangement are made. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. |
- UPS Ground (1-6 bus. days)
Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states. - 3 Day Select (1-3 bus. days)
The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
- 2 Day Air (1-2 bus. days)
2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.
- Next Day Air (1 bus. day)
Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. for Saturday deliveries).
- Parcel Post (2-8 bus. days)
This is the United States Postal Service's standard method for delivering packages. We only offer this method for orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- Priority Mail (1-3 bus. days)
This is the United States Postal Service's express method for delivering packages. We only offer this method for orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- Airmail Parcel Post
This is a more standard method for delivering international packages. We only offer this method to orders outside the United States. We cannot guarantee a time frame as it differs greatly but it is the base line for what we offer.
- Global Express Mail
This is the United States Postal Service's expedited method for delivering international packages. We only offer this method to orders outside the United States. We cannot guarantee a time frame but it is the fastest international method we offer. |

For a store credit, exchange, or refund, please return your products to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by United States Postal Service only, and in original condition (no washed clothing, no opened packages, and so on). We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't make it to us, we can't give you a refund.
Due to size constraints, StandUps cannot be shipped by USPS and must be shipped by UPS or FedEx. For returns , freight costs must be paid for by the customer, and we cannot reimburse this cost.
Kryptonitekollectibles.com Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount starting at $5.00. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. Since we currently only ship within the United States, the recipient must also have a valid shipping address in the United States. The recipient of an Online Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate Code redeemable only at Kryptonitekollectibles.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail.
Buying Online Gift Certificates
To make your purchase, simply:
- Go to our Gift Certificates page.
- Click "Order Online Gift Certificates."
- Fill out the order form and make your purchase.
After you purchase an Online Gift Certificate:
- We'll send the recipient an e-mail with all of the information they need to use the Gift Certificate at mvp.com. Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after recipient receives the e-mail.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate
Redeeming an Online Gift Certificate is easy. Follow these simple steps:
- Shop Kryptonitekollectibles.com and select items you wish to purchase.
- When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
- Proceed through the checkout.
- Enter your Gift Certificate Code (codes are case sensitive) on the Payment page or the Review Your Order page and click "Apply." Please note that codes are activated within 24 hours after you receive them.
- If you have more than one Online Gift Certificate, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one.
Rules and Regulations for Online Gift Certificates:
- Online Gift Certificates must be redeemed through KryptoniteKollectibles.com.
- Codes are activated 24 hours after you receive them.
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
- If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored with your mvp.com account for your next purchase. You do not need to enter the code again, the remaining discount will be deducted from your total at checkout.
- Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.

For your shopping convenience, some items can be gift-wrapped for a cost of $4.95 per item. This charge includes a gift card. If you would like to have your item(s) gift-wrapped, simply click on the Gift-Wrap option during Checkout. Choose from a variety of paper selections and personalize your gift card. Follow these simple steps:
Steps to Selecting Gift-Wrap:
- For each item you wish to have gift-wrapped, choose the style of paper and type your message for the gift card.
- When you are finished, click "Continue Checkout."
- The gift-wrap charge will be noted on the following screen.
*Please note:
- Gift-wrapping may not be available for some items due to their size. If you are purchasing an item that can be gift-wrapped, the Gift-Wrap option will be noted on the Product page, in your Cart, and the Review Your Order page.
- The charge for gift-wrap and a personalized card is $4.95 per item and is not refundable.
- If you do not want your item wrapped, do not select the Gift-Wrap option.
